Placing an Order:

 

When you make a purchase on our website, you will be required to provide an email address, first and last name, shipping and billing address, and any other voluntary information you provide.

To complete your order, you will need to provide payment information, such as your credit card details. This information is necessary for order processing and is not stored on our servers but rather on the servers of our third-party providers, such as Paytr.com.

 

Registration for the Use of Our Services:

 

You can register for our Services by creating a manual IVOCABO account. During the account creation process, you will need to provide a display name, a valid email address, and a password. You have the option to include your first and/or last name in your display name. We do not disclose your account information to other users or third parties in a manner that could identify you without your prior consent.

 

Information from Your Use of Our Services:

 

IVOCABO ID and Name:

 

When you activate IVOCABO through the IVOCABO app, your IVOCABO device will be associated with your account through its unique identifier (IVOCABO ID). If you choose to assign a name to your IVOCABO, this information will also be linked to your account.

 

Location Information:

 

IVOCABO is designed to track the location of your items. To accomplish this, we collect location data related to your phone or device and your IVOCABO. We refer to this as "Location Information." While the app is active on your device, it periodically sends your Location Information (even while running in the background). This allows us to display the last known location of your IVOCABO on your map, assisting you in locating lost items.

 

We may also collect and update location information for your IVOCABO(s) anonymously from other IVOCABO users who are running the app within Bluetooth range of your device. This ensures that you have the most recent and accurate location of your IVOCABOs, even if they are beyond the Bluetooth range of your device. The Location Information associated with your IVOCABO(s) is never shared with these other users.

 

Your Location Information is not shared with other users unless you choose to share it through our Services.

 

Usage Information:

 

When you use our Services, certain information is automatically created and recorded, as is common with websites, mobile applications, and other internet services. We track how frequently and in what manner you use our Services. Additionally, we collect specific information sent by your mobile device when you utilize our Services, such as the device's model, operating system type and version, and the dates and times of your requests. This information helps us provide you with optimal Services, customer support, and anonymous statistics for understanding our user base.

 

Information Collected through IVOCABO's Support Services:

 

We offer support services through live chat on our website, email submissions, recorded inbound and outbound phone calls, and direct email.
